

HANDCRAFTED TOMATO PUREE
Traditional tomato puree, created according to our grandmothers’ recipe. Two ingredients: tomato and salt. No peeling waste is used, which would make the product more bitter and sour. The slow pasteurisation in bain-marie makes this puree dense, tasty and rich in aroma and flavour. No preservatives added.
