Fleshy, firm, crispy, tasty aubergine fettuccine. Hand-cut and lightly blanched, seasoned with parsley and chilli pepper. They are recommended for hors d’oeuvres with cold cuts, bruschetta, crostoni with smoked provola cheese or as a side dish for meat dishes. WITHOUT GARLIC.
