Unless otherwise specified, all data requested by this website are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for this Website to provide the Service. In the cases where this Website indicates some Data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such Data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the Service or on its operation.
The Data Controller is at the User’s disposal to solve any doubts on the matter.
The purpose of this data collection is as follows:
Personal data: they are needed to carry out administrative, accounting and tax functions, to fulfill orders and formulate offers, to send promotions, explanations on the use of products and commercial information and also to allow the User to unsubscribe from the list of recipients, thereby automatically terminating the dispatch of any communications.
Site usage data: allow the User to browse the site, to perform statistics (not nominal and non-identifiable of the User), to fulfill the legal obligations to which the Data
The data processed by the Data Controller shall not be disclosed and shall be used by the Data Controller, its employees and external parties who collaborate with the Data Controller in order to process purchase orders or other User requests. The User has the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), cancellation (Article 17), limitation of processing (Article 18), portability (Article 20), opposition (Article 22). To assert his rights, the User may contact the Data Controller also by email at info@mammalucianastore.it, expressing which right he wishes to assert, attaching a copy of a document certifying his identity to the email.
The User shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 6).
The User, however, may not refuse to provide the Data Controller with the data necessary to comply with the laws governing commercial transactions and tax issues.
