
This contract relates to remote purchasing on the website www.mammalucianastore.it through telematic selection, in the quantity and quality chosen by the Customer, of products marketed by THE WORLD FOOD SRLS (The Company).
Each purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of the Legislative Decree 185/99 and, as far as confidentiality protection is concerned, this shall be subject to the regulations referred to in the Legislative Decree 196/03.
The Customer shall examine and accept these sale conditions before confirming his purchases from the site. The electronic transmission of the order therefore implies full knowledge of the sale conditions and total acceptance of same. The Company invites the Customer to carefully read, print and keep these sale conditions.
PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer purchases the products, as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, at the price indicated therein, expressed in euros, including VAT, net of the shipping costs that are displayed at the time of purchase. Before order confirmation, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost of the order and the related shipping costs are summarized. Upon order confirmation, the Customer shall receive an e-mail message certifying receipt of the order, containing the date, order details and total amount due. The conclusion of the order is certified by the payment of the full amount by the Customer.
Customers requesting an invoice must enter the data necessary for its issuance (VAT number, invoice address) during registration. The invoice shall be sent together with the order attached to the shipment or, if required, electronically. For this second option, the request shall be made when placing the order.
Payment for purchased products and shipping costs may be made by using one of the credit cards accepted by the site, Paypal or Stripe.
The World Food Srls operates in the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Rep. Czech, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
For shipments made to non-EU countries, the customs and tax costs of the recipient countries shall be paid by the recipient.

The World Food Srls shall decline any responsibility for purchases made by Customers in non-EU countries, as it is not required to be acquainted with the regulations for imports of food products of each individual nation. The Customer proceeding with the purchase shall do so assuming all the responsibilities arising from the purchase itself.
Deliveries shall be carried out by couriers to the address indicated at the time of the online order.
Upon delivery, the Customer shall check that the contents of the package are intact and are in compliance with that mentioned in the attached documents. If the Customer should find anomalies, he shall be required to reject the package. THE WORLD FOOD SRLS shall undertake to replace the damaged products at its own expense, only and exclusively if the recipient notes any breakage or damage in the presence of the courier responsible for the delivery or if he has accepted the package indicating on the receipt document ACCEPTED UNDER RESERVE.
Delivery times are those indicated by the Couriers in normal situations, excluding any unforeseen circumstances. Approximately 24/48 hours for shipments in Italy, 48/72 hours for shipments to Europe. The Company shall do everything possible to deliver the products to the Customer as soon as possible, but may not guarantee the exact date since delivery is an activity not depending on the Company.
In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address indicated by him in the order, the Courier shall schedule a second delivery. If this second delivery is also unsuccessful, the goods shall be returned to the sender who shall duly contact the Customer and arrange for further deliveries. Such further deliveries shall be borne by the recipient.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase without any justification within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by sending a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to the address: The World Food Srls / Mamma Luciana Store, Via del Ricordo 1, Milan 20128 Italy or by email addressed to info@mammalucianastore.it, an email which must however be subsequently confirmed by registered letter with return receipt.
The purchased products must be returned to the seller intact, in unaltered conditions and with the original packaging within 8 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. THE WORLD FOOD SRLS shall refund the full amount paid by the Customer within 30 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. The Customer shall only responsible for the transport costs to return the products to the seller.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by natural persons, NOT by legal persons or by natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity, NOT by subjects who have purchased the products to resell them to third parties. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal shall NOT apply to goods made to measure or personalized.

The World Food Srls shall assume no responsibility for any damage resulting from incorrect use of the service provided by www.mammalucianastore.it, nor shall its employees be retained liable.
Without prejudice to the hypothesis of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of The World Food Srls, it is from now on agreed that, if the responsibility of same towards the Customer is ascertained, including any non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed towards a Customer when carrying out an order, the responsibility of The World Food Srls may never exceed the price of the products purchased by the Customer and for which the dispute has arisen.
This contract shall be regulated by the Italian law. The Court of Milan shall be competent for any dispute.
